Files

The Files page (reached from Settings → System) lists the images and attachments you've uploaded — company and profile logos, goal pictures, and expense receipts.

What you can do

• Browse every uploaded file in one place.
• Open / download a file to view it full size.
• Remove files you no longer need.

How files work

Images are stored as part of your data (not a separate cloud bucket), so they travel with your account or device. Each image is attached to the thing that uses it — a client logo, a goal picture, an expense receipt.

Replacing an image

When you change an entity's image (say, a new client logo), the app keeps the new one and the previous file simply becomes unused. You can tidy up unused files from this page.
