Settings
The Settings page is organized into tabs.
Account / Profile
- Set your name.
- Manage connected sign-in accounts (Cloud mode).
- Sign out.
Company
Your own company details — the header that appears on invoices:
- Company name, address, phone, email.
- A logo (uploaded image).
- Invoice colors (primary/header and accent).
This is separate from your client list.
Theme
Personalize the app's look with your own base, accent, and error colors. Your choices are saved and applied across the app.
Invoicing
Invoice-related preferences.
Snapshot invoice files
Files associated with an invoice — your company logo and any expense receipts — will use a copy, keeping a historical record of exactly what was saved.
- On — each file shown on an invoice is duplicated when the invoice is created. The invoice keeps that exact copy permanently, even if you later change your logo or delete the original receipt.
- Off — the invoice points at your existing files instead of copying them. Changing or deleting an original file is then reflected on the invoice (and removing an original may leave the invoice without it).
Best for record-keeping
Turn this on if you want every invoice to remain a faithful, permanent record of what it showed the day you created it. The trade-off is a little extra storage for the copies.

Tools for managing where and how your data is stored:
- Data Persistence — choose This Device, Browser, or Cloud.
- Storage usage — a breakdown of space used vs. the browser's limit (device storage).
- Import data — copy local data into an empty cloud account.
- Generate demo data — fill an empty account with realistic samples.
- Delete all data — wipe everything for the current storage.
- Archived records — view, restore, or permanently delete archived items.
- Files — manage uploaded images and attachments.
