Settings

The Settings page is organized into tabs.

Account / Profile

  • Set your name.
  • Manage connected sign-in accounts (Cloud mode).
  • Sign out.

Company

Your own company details — the header that appears on invoices:

  • Company name, address, phone, email.
  • A logo (uploaded image).
  • Invoice colors (primary/header and accent).

This is separate from your client list.

Time Entry & Goals

How your time gets logged and how it funds your goals.

Catch up missed days

Controls automatic catch-up — logging past scheduled days you didn't enter yourself:

  • The card shows whether it's on and the start date accounting began from.
  • Change sets or clears the date — clearing it turns the feature off.
  • Catch Up Now runs the catch-up immediately instead of waiting for your next visit; if there's nothing to log it says so.

Theme

Personalize the app's look with your own base, accent, and error colors. Your choices are saved and applied across the app.

Invoicing

Invoice-related preferences.

Last invoice number

The last invoice # is the most recently used invoice number. When you generate an invoice, the app assigns the next number in sequence — one higher than this value — then updates it to match.

  • Leave it at its default when starting fresh; the first invoice becomes #1.
  • Set it to a specific value to continue an existing sequence — for example, enter 1042 so your next invoice is #1043 (useful when migrating from another tool or picking up mid-year).

TIP

This only affects the number stamped on future invoices. Changing it never renumbers invoices you've already created.

Data & Storage

Tools for managing where and how your data is stored:

  • Your Plan — see what This Device (free) and Cloud include, and upgrade, subscribe, or manage billing and receipts.
  • Data Persistence — choose This Device, Browser, or Cloud.
  • Storage usage — a breakdown of space used vs. the browser's limit (device storage).
  • Import data — copy local data into an empty cloud account.
  • Run Setup Wizard — rerun the welcome wizard anytime; it can fill the account with demo data, and when the account already has data it first asks whether to start fresh (permanently clearing everything, e.g. after exploring the demo) or keep what's there.
  • Delete all data — wipe everything for the current storage.
  • Archived records — view, restore, or permanently delete archived items.
  • Files — manage uploaded images and attachments.
