What's changed in the app, newest first. The in-app What's New dialog highlights the latest release — this page keeps the full history.

1.1.7 — October 6, 2026

Change an invoice's number — click the pencil beside the invoice number in the editor to renumber it. Its time entries and expenses update to match, and you're asked before reusing a number. See Changing the invoice number.

New dashboard: Wishing Well v2.0 — the wishing-well painting comes to life on your Home page. Coins are tossed into the well as you earn, clouds drift, the grass sways in the wind, and the hills and trees shift as the view slowly pans around the well.
- A sky that follows your day — choose what time of day the scene shows: Current follows the real clock, Workday stretches your scheduled hours across a full day (midnight when you start, midday halfway through, night again when you finish), or Fixed holds the time you pick. The sun moves the well's shadow, and stars and fireflies come out at night.
- Move it yourself — drag the scene with your finger or mouse to look around; let go and it drifts back.
- Full screen — on phones it always shows in landscape.
- Adjust the wind and panning speed from the gear on the scene.
Both Wishing Wells are free for a limited time — pick either one from the dashboard picker, no Cloud plan needed.

Wishing Well client totals fixed — each client's amount under the well now grows only with that client's own coins, so a client you've finished with for the day holds steady at exactly what they earned.
Faster invoice saves — saving a long invoice now only writes the lines you changed.

Goals can start with what's already there — a goal added partway through its period no longer starts at $0. Set-asides and recurring bills now show an Already Set Aside amount, prefilled from your work schedule and editable before you save. See Starting balances.
Tax buckets from a pay stub start filled in — setting up a salaried employer from a paycheck now opens its tax buckets with what your schedule says you've set aside since January 1.

Email invoices to clients (Cloud) — a Send button on each invoice opens a review dialog: recipients, a subject and message you can shape per client with tokens, two looks, a live preview, and a test send. Delivery and bounces show on the invoice. See Emailing an invoice.
Reliable invoice totals — line totals now update automatically from the rate and quantity instead of acting like editable fields, preventing cleared amounts from producing wildly inflated invoice totals.

Cleaner cards on phones — time entries, invoices and clients now read as real cards, with the key number and heading standing out.
Your view choice sticks — switch between grid and card view and the app remembers it next time.

Invoice editing on your phone — the invoice edit dialog now shrinks the invoice to fit your screen. Tap the invoice to bring it to full size for editing (scroll sideways to see it all); tap anywhere outside it to shrink it back.
Dialogs no longer scroll the page behind them — on phones, dragging on an open dialog used to scroll the page underneath it. The page now stays put until the dialog closes.
No surprise keyboard on phones — opening a dialog no longer jumps focus into its first field, so the on-screen keyboard stays closed until you tap the field you want.

Automatic catch-up — the app can now log past scheduled days you didn't enter yourself. Pick a start date during client setup or in Settings → Time Entry & Goals (where Catch Up Now runs it on demand); today is always left for you to log. See Automatic catch-up.
Backfill from setup — when adding your first client, the wizard now offers to log the days you've already worked (from the start of last week, last month, or a date you pick) and asks whether to keep you caught up automatically from there on.
Goal totals respect reset periods — time dated before a goal's current reset period no longer counts toward its running total. Batch and single entries both show what's excluded and why, right where you apply contributions.
Version numbers you can read — the app now shows a simple release version (like 1.1.0) on the splash screen, in Settings → About, and on the What's New dialog.

New invoice templates — three new looks for your invoices: Vintage (free), plus Modern and Minimal with the Cloud plan. Change an invoice's template from the invoicing grid, or set your default in Settings › Invoicing.
Wishing Well dashboard — a new Cloud dashboard: watch your earnings splash into the well as you work.
What's New & feedback — release highlights now appear in the app: look for the sparkle button in the top bar. The last slide lets you send us feedback. You can turn off automatic announcements right on the dialog.
Smarter "log today's time" reminder — the Home dashboard now offers to log today's time only once your scheduled workday is complete and nothing has been logged yet.
