Home dashboard

The Home page is your starting point. Until you have any work scheduled, it shows quick-action cards to help you get going. Once a client has a work schedule, Home turns into a real-time earnings dashboard.

Real-time earnings

When you're "on the clock" according to a client's schedule, the dashboard updates live:

  • Today's earnings — money accrued today up to this moment, with a progress bar showing how far you are through what today is on track to earn.
  • Hours worked — paid time worked so far, against the hours projected for the day.

The numbers animate as time passes, so you can watch earnings tick up during your working hours. (Behind the scenes there's also a live per-second rate that drives the animation, dropping to zero between scheduled blocks.)

Dashboard views

You can switch between dashboard layouts with the picker at the top:

  • Grand Totals — your combined earnings across all clients, plus goal tiles.
  • Per Client — a breakdown by client.

Your chosen view is remembered for next time.

Goals on the dashboard

If you have goals with a contribution percentage, each one appears as a tile on the Grand Totals view showing its live cut of today — that goal's share of today's earnings, ticking up in real time alongside the total. Each tile's progress bar shows:

  • percent of target — if the goal has a target amount, or
  • percent of today's projected — if it doesn't.

This is a preview of today's contribution as it accrues; the goal's saved running total only changes when you actually log a time entry with Apply to goals on.

Log today's time when your day is done

Once your scheduled workday has fully elapsed and you haven't logged an entry for today yet, a pulsing clock button appears on the earnings card. Tap it to open a new time entry for today, pre-filled with the hours from your schedule (already net of any time off) — usually you just confirm and save.

The prompt only shows after the last scheduled block of the day, so it won't nag you during a lunch break between blocks. Once you've logged the day, it disappears.

Why the reminder?

Live earnings are an estimate from your schedule. Logging the day turns that estimate into a real, billable time entry — and funds your goals, if Apply to goals is on.

No dashboard yet?

The live dashboard appears once at least one client has a recurring work schedule. Add one on the client's page and return Home.
